I accept returns for refund within seven days of receipt of shipment, see details below. I'm committed to providing the highest quality products at reasonable prices and I support green crafting practices. Many of my items contain vintage, recycled or repurposed materials.
We accept Paypal payments and currently accept orders from the USA only. International order acceptance coming soon!
When free shipping is offered, I will ship via USPS either Parcel Post or Flat Rate Priority, or whichever method is less expensive. You may request an alternate shipping method. Contact me for pricing.
Items will be eligible for return and refund within seven days of receipt of shipment, with a return authorization number. Contact me within seven days after you get the shipment for return authorization before sending the item back. Buyer assumes all cost of return shipping.
Although all items, including custom photo jewelry, is returnable there is a 25% restocking fee for returned custom photo jewelry. Buyer pays return postage.
We prefer that you email your digital images to us but you may send prints vial snail mail. While we will make every effort to return your photos to you in the same condition that we receive them, we will not accept responsibility for lost or damaged photo so please keep originals and send duplicates to us.
The higher the resolution, the better your charms will look. If possible, email digital images at 300 dpi, and no bigger than 4 inches by 6 inches.
